INDEPENDENT ASSAY
XRF on arrival followed by fire assay at an accredited third-party laboratory (SGS, ALS, or Alex Stewart). You retain the right to appoint your own assayer.
SECURE PAYMENT
Payment executed via bank wire transfer within 24 hours of confirmed assay. No upfront deductions. Funds cleared through Bank of Ghana CD4 repatriation framework.
FULL DOCUMENTATION
Every transaction generates a full documentation package: purchase receipt, assay certificate, ICGLR certification, and URA-cleared proof of sale.
LEGAL PROTECTION
As a DGSM-licensed Mineral Dealer, all purchases are fully regulated. Sellers are legally protected by the Ghana Mining and Minerals Act 2022.

03. THE SELLING PROCESS
CONTACT & PRELIMINARY QUOTE
Submit your inquiry with quantity (kg), form (dore/nuggets/dust), and estimated purity. We will provide a preliminary indicative price within 4 hours based on the current LBMA spot and your stated specifications.
KYC & DOCUMENTATION
Complete KYC form (national ID, mining license, cooperative registration). We run AML/CFT screening within 24 hours. Institutional sellers provide entity documents and beneficial ownership disclosure.
SECURE DELIVERY TO VAULT
We arrange armored collection from your location (Ghana and major districts) or you deliver to our licensed weighing and assay facility in Ghana. Sealed custody handover receipt issued immediately.
ASSAY & FINAL PRICE AGREEMENT
XRF screening followed by independent fire assay (24–48 hrs). Final purchase price calculated on confirmed purity × weight × agreed LBMA-basis discount. Both parties sign the final Purchase Confirmation.
PAYMENT
Bank wire transfer to your designated account within 24 hours of signed Purchase Confirmation. URA tax receipts and ICGLR documentation provided within 48 hours.
